At the Theatre
The World Trade Center Theatre is fully wheelchair accessible. Please contact the Box Office at 503-235-1101
to purchase tickets for wheelchair accessible seats.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Third Rail will make available audio description
or assistive listening devices with two weeks' advanced notice.
Copies of the script may be checked out in advance of the performance for
hearing-impaired patrons who would like to read along or read the play in advance.
Please call our office at 503-546-6558 for arrangements.
Third Rail's box office at the theater opens one hour prior to each performance. Will Call
tickets will be waiting for you there, or you can purchase your tickets there, too, if any are available.
If you need to contact the Box Office outside of that time, please call 503-235-1101.
Third Rail seeks out compelling, challenging stories. Many of our plays, as a result, are not suitable
for young children.
If you have a question about the content or language of any of our productions,
please call the box office at 503-235-1101 and we'll be happy to discuss this.
At our concession stand in the lobby you can purchase cookies or mixed nuts, Hot Lips sodas, red and white wine,
Widmer beers, and bottled water.
The concession stand is open for one hour before the show, and during intermission.
Please turn off all electronic devices, including phones, cameras and watch alarms, prior to entering the theatre.
Photographing or recording during the performance is strictly prohibited.
Doctors and parents expecting calls during the show should leave their name and seat location with the
House Manager.
Patrons arriving late to the show will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. You may take your
ticketed seat at intermission.
There will be a brief talkback after every Third Rail performance, except when we have another event right
away (such as our opening night reception, readings, panel discussions or NT Live screenings).
These five- to ten-minute talkbacks give the audience time to explore the play further through discussions
with the director, designers or cast.
Sure, why not!
