Don is an award-winning freelance lighting designer and production electrician who moved to Portland from the Midwest in 1994. He spent 1996 to 2007 as Master Electrician at Portland Center Stage, where he continues to serve as the lighting designer for JAW: A Playwright's Festival (since its inception in 1999). Don joined Third Rail as a Core Company Member in July 2008 and acts as Third Rail's Co-Production Manager and Lighting Designer. Don will design the lighting for all three productions of the 2010-2011 season.
