Ticketing Questions

How do I change my seats or show date?
Third Rail does not offer refunds for tickets, but they can be exchanged. Third Rail Core Members and Main Stage Members (formerly called Subscribers) who need to exchange their tickets should call the Third Rail Box Office at 503-235-1101 or email boxoffice@thirdrailrep.org. There is no exchange fee for Members.
There is a flat exchange fee of $5 per ticket for single-ticket buyers to change dates. Please contact the Third Rail Box Office at 503-235-1101 or email boxoffice@thirdrailrep.org to change dates or for more information.
