Third Rail business this week includes company auditions for our season of plays. Casting is a giant jigsaw puzzle, as we need to take into account opportunities for our repertory company, availability of our company members, overlapping production schedules, the vision of the director, and more. Our company members are busy re-reading plays and preparing audition sides as they map out next year’s performance possibilities.
Also up this week is a meeting among the Quarterly Coordinators to work through this quarter’s offerings for our Membership Program and the general public. We have so many exciting events this quarter, including a giant Membership party, a co-production with The Bylines, reading salons, the NT Live Encore Festival, and the opening of our first mainstage show of the season.
