Third Rail’s Rehearsal Studio (2259 NW Raleigh Street, Portland, OR 97210) is available for rent.
Please note that the studio will not be available for rent from April 20-May 9, 2026

- Please note that the entrance to the building includes an inclined surface leading up to the door, but the building is otherwise ADA compliant
- Capacity: 41 people
- Cost: $17/hour for rehearsals, $25/hour for classes
- Features: New wood floors, on which CoHo Theatre stage dimensions are marked to aid in seamless transition for works produced next door at CoHo
- Ameninities: microwave, mini-refigerator, water source (hot and cold), accessible restrooms, and speaker-use (please inquire)
